Individual plan

Unlimited access to consultations with primary care physicians and healthcare professionals in selected fields. 

The VIG Zdrowie Individual medical plan provides telemedicine care for one adult aged 18 or over. BASIC and STANDARD coverage options are available.

Couples plan

All the benefits of the Individual plan extended to a second person.

The VIG Zdrowie Couples medical plan provides telemedicine care for two adults aged 18 or over. BASIC and STANDARD coverage options are available.

Family plan

Pediatric consultations in addition to the services included in the Individual plan.

The VIG Zdrowie Family medical plan provides telemedicine care for two adults aged 18 or over and an unlimited number of children under 18. BASIC and STANDARD coverage options are available.

Medical plans: an overview

Prescription consultation​

This service is intended for patients with chronic conditions who need periodic prescription renewals for their medication.

Primary care consultations​

Each of our plans includes unlimited consultations with primary care physicians: internal medicine specialists, family physicians, and general practitioners.

Specialist consultations​

COMFORT and LUX plans also include specialist consultations, allowing you to book appointments with professionals such as an allergist, gynecologist, gynecologist-endocrinologist, hematologist, cardiologist, or pulmonologist.

Medical records​

Permanent access to your medical records, including medical recommendations, referrals, e-prescriptions, and laboratory test results. You can also easily upload records from other healthcare providers using drag & drop.

Our doctors work together to provide you with the best possible care as quickly as possible. The internal referral system shortens the patient journey whenever additional consultations are needed.

Verify your identity and access your Patient Account without visiting a healthcare facility. Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments without contacting the Call Center.

How do I purchase a medical plan?

Create or sign in to your Patient Account

If you do not yet have a Global Teleclinic account, you can create one by clicking the “View plan details” button below your selected plan.

Enter your payment details

In the next step, we will ask for your billing details and payment card information. The monthly subscription fee will be charged to this card.

Add other people to your plan

In your plan settings, add a second adult and any number of children under 18 who will also use the healthcare services. That’s it. You can now book your first consultation.
